Just make a fresh batch of soy milk using the Soyabella®, add a coagulator, allow soy milk to curd, then pour into the tofu press using the included cheesecloths. The stainless steel lid keeps your fresh soy milk covered while you clean the grinding head, preventing steam from entering the grinding head and extending the life of your Soyabella®.
